Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: 23 September 2026

1. Who runs this program

The Rollz Affiliate Program is operated by CNA TRADE s.r.o., a company registered at 28. října 770/6, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic. We operate the Rollz online stores rollzeurope.com and rollzgermany.de. In these terms, "Rollz", "we", "us" and "our" mean CNA TRADE s.r.o., and "you" means the person or business joining our affiliate program.

2. What this program is

The Rollz Affiliate Program lets you earn commission by referring customers to the Rollz online stores. We run the program with these service providers, who receive the data they need for their task: Shopify (our online stores, orders, discount codes and gift cards), UpPromote (a third party affiliate platform that tracks your personal link and discount code and records the orders that come through them), Stripe (our payment partner for cash payouts) and Resend (our email service for program emails such as login codes).

3. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old to join the program. You may only promote Rollz to adults. Do not target, or knowingly promote to, anyone under 18.

5. Commission

You earn from 10% of the value of each qualifying order placed through your link or code, depending on your level (see section 8). The order value is what the customer pays for the products after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and tips. Commission is not paid out automatically. Instead, it is credited to your account as points (Rollz Credits). 1 point equals €1 of store value.

An order counts for you if it is placed with your discount code, or within 90 days after the customer clicked your link, as long as no other affiliate link replaced yours in the meantime. Customers who use your code or link get 10% off their order.

6. When an order qualifies

An order only qualifies for commission once it is both paid and delivered (or, for orders picked up at a collection point, picked up and paid). For cash on delivery orders, the customer pays on delivery, so these orders qualify once they have been delivered or picked up. If an order is refunded in full or in part, returned, charged back or cancelled before its points are credited, we may withhold all points for that order. Partial refunds are not pro-rated.

We check order status automatically. Your dashboard shows one of these statuses for each order, so you can see why an order has not yet earned points:

  • Pending: we have recorded the order, but have not yet confirmed that it is paid and delivered.
  • On hold: we have checked the order and it is still waiting for payment or for delivery; the dashboard shows which one.
  • Approved: the order is paid and delivered (for cash on delivery: delivered or picked up), and its points will be added to your balance automatically.
  • Credited: the points for the order have been added to your points balance.
  • Denied: the order was cancelled, refunded or voided, or was rejected under these terms, so it does not earn points.

7. Points and redemption

Approved commission is added to your points balance automatically, usually within an hour of approval. Your balance is shown on your dashboard.

You can redeem points in two ways:

  • Store credit: exchange points for a Shopify gift card at a 1:1 rate (1 point = €1 of store credit). Minimum 10 points, maximum 1,000 points per redemption.
  • Cash: exchange points for cash at a rate from 50%, depending on your level (see the level table in section 8 and in the portal). At Starter level, 1 point = €0.50 cash. Minimum 100 points (from €50 payout), maximum 5,000 points (from €2,500 payout) per redemption.

8. Levels and recruiting

Affiliates level up based on the points they have earned in total: points from paid and delivered orders, minus reversals. Redeeming points does not lower your level. Higher levels earn more points per order, unlock limited drops in the portal and get a better point-to-cash rate. Your level is calculated automatically and shown in your dashboard. We may adjust level thresholds and benefits from time to time; a change never removes points you have already earned.

You can invite other affiliates with your personal recruit link. If someone joins the program through your recruit link, you earn 2% of the points that affiliate earns from their own qualifying orders (one level only, not from affiliates they recruit in turn). This downline bonus is added when their points are added and reversed when their points are reversed. Creating extra accounts, or recruiting yourself, to earn the downline bonus is a prohibited practice.

The current levels are:

  • Starter: from 0 points earned in total, 10% of the order value in points, cash rate 50% (1 point = €0.50 cash).
  • Pro: from 250 points earned in total, 12% of the order value in points, cash rate 55% (1 point = €0.55 cash), access to limited drops.
  • Elite: from 1,000 points earned in total, 15% of the order value in points, cash rate 60% (1 point = €0.60 cash), access to limited drops.

9. How cash payouts work

Cash payouts are made by bank transfer through our payment partner Stripe. After your first cash-out request you receive an email from Rollz (via Stripe) to set up your payout account.

You can request up to 5 redemptions per day. Points can only be redeemed while your balance is positive; a negative balance blocks new redemptions until enough new points bring it back to zero or above.

10. Refunds, cancellations and reversals

If an order is refunded in full or in part, returned, charged back or cancelled after its points have been credited, we may reverse all points for that order from your balance. Partial refunds are not pro-rated. If a reversal makes your balance negative, you will not be able to redeem points until your balance recovers.

We also reserve the right to reverse points for any order that we later find to be fraudulent, incentivised, or otherwise placed in breach of these terms.

11. Prohibited practices

To keep the program fair for everyone, the following are not allowed. Breaching any of them can result in forfeiting unredeemed points and losing access to the program:

  • Referring yourself, or placing orders with your own link or code to earn commission on your own purchases.
  • Paying, incentivising or otherwise rewarding someone to place an order just to generate commission.
  • Listing your link or code on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
  • Bidding on "Rollz" or other Rollz trademarks in paid search advertising.
  • Using any Rollz logo or brand material that we have not provided in the affiliate portal, or showing the Rollz name or logo in paid ads without our written approval.
  • Pretending to be Rollz, or running accounts, pages or profiles that look like official Rollz channels.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to promote your link.
  • Putting up stickers, posters, flyers, graffiti or any other advertising on walls, lamp posts, signs, vehicles or any other property without the owner's permission ("fly-posting").
  • Making misleading claims, including about health effects, medical benefits, or product effects that Rollz has not approved.
  • Advertising Rollz products at prices that differ from the prices shown in the live Rollz shop, or promising discounts that we have not published.
  • Promoting Rollz to anyone under 18.
  • Cookie stuffing, or any other technique designed to get orders attributed to you without a genuine referral.

12. Content rules

When you promote Rollz, follow the rules of every platform you use and all applicable law. Clearly disclose that you are an affiliate, for example with "#ad" or "#affiliate", wherever the platform or local law requires it.

Only use Rollz marketing materials that we have provided or approved. Never share lab reports, certificates of analysis, or composition documents with customers, even if you have access to them.

13. Giveaways, monthly rewards and the exclusive store

Giveaways, monthly rewards and access to an exclusive affiliate store may be offered in the future; details will be announced in the portal. If we offer them, they are optional extras, not part of your standard commission. We decide the criteria and rules for each one, and we can change or end them at any time.

There is no cash alternative for a giveaway or reward prize. Additional rules may apply to a specific giveaway; where they do, those rules take priority for that giveaway. If you win a prize, you are responsible for any taxes owed on it.

14. Custom merchandise with your code

Custom merchandise printed with your personal QR code may be offered in the future; details will be announced in the portal. If we offer it, each item is produced on demand for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns except for items that arrive defective. You are responsible for making sure the correct code is used when you order your merchandise.

15. Ending the program

Either you or Rollz can end your participation in the program at any time, by email, without giving a reason.

If your account is terminated for a confirmed breach of these terms, any unredeemed points are forfeited immediately. If your account ends for any other reason, you can still redeem already-approved points for 60 days after termination. After that, unredeemed points lapse.

16. Your status

You take part in this program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, or agency between you and Rollz. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on income you earn through this program.

17. Data protection

We process your personal data in line with our privacy policy. To run the program, we share the data needed for each task with these recipients: Shopify (online stores, orders, discount codes and gift cards), UpPromote (tracking of your link, code and referred orders), Stripe (cash payouts, including the identity and bank details you enter with Stripe) and Resend (sending program emails).

Read our privacy policy at https://rollzeurope.com/policies/privacy-policy and our legal notice at https://rollzeurope.com/policies/legal-notice.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled by the courts of Ostrava, Czech Republic.

These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails. If you are a consumer under EU law, nothing in these terms removes protections you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to take part in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
