Rules of the Game

1. Your own orders: discount yes, commission no

Order with your own code or link whenever you like. You get the discount like everyone else, you just don't earn commission on it. That's totally fine. Hiding it to get commission anyway (other email, other name, a friend's address) is not, and gets you a strike.

2. Buying from other affiliates: discount yes, commission no

Affiliates can order with each other's codes and get the discount. The code owner earns no commission on it, and these orders don't count for the monthly contest. What counts is whether the buyer already had an affiliate account when they ordered. Your 20% recruiting bonus for affiliates you invite stays as it is.

3. New customers only: 90 days of commission

You earn on people you bring to Rollz for the first time. From their first order, you get 10% (as a Starter; Pro 12%, Elite 15%) on every paid and delivered order they place in the next 90 days.

Bring someone who already shopped at Rollz? They still get the discount, but you don't earn commission. After the 90 days, nobody earns on that customer anymore.

Already have customers from before 8 October 2026? They count for 90 more days from that date. Orders placed before 8 October 2026 stay under the old rules.

4. Almost everything goes

Go for it:

• Word of mouth, social media, your own website or blog.
• Posts in group chats you're a member of.
• Handing out or laying out flyers, notice boards.
• Street art and graffiti on surfaces where you have permission.
• Coupon and deal sites where you sign up yourself.
• Paid ads on any platform, including search ads on "Rollz".
• Merch with your own code.

Not okay (this hurts Rollz legally or as a brand):

• Graffiti, stickers, posters or flyers on walls, lamp posts or vehicles without the owner's permission. That's damage to property.
• Health, medical or misleading claims about what products do.
• Anyone under 18. No schools, no youth spots.
• Spam.
• Pretending to be Rollz: accounts, pages or ads that look official. Use only the logos and brand materials from the portal.
• Wrong prices or discounts that Rollz doesn't offer.
• Fake customers: paying people to order, refunding them, or ordering through other people yourself.
• Tech tricks like cookie stuffing.
• Sharing lab reports or certificates with customers.

5. Monthly contest with trophies

Every month, the affiliates who bring the most new customers win. Places 1 to 3 get trophies (gold, silver, bronze) and a spot in the Hall of Fame, which shows only your display name (no email, no numbers). We announce the prize for each month in the portal.

Only paid and delivered orders count, once their 14-day review is over. Until then the ranking is provisional. Your own orders, orders between affiliates and refunded or cancelled orders don't count.

6. Paid orders only, and you see everything

Commission comes from orders that are paid and delivered, after a 14-day review. Refunds lower it in proportion. Your dashboard shows all your orders with their status, and if an order earns nothing, it tells you why:

• Your own order: discount yes, commission no
• Bought by another affiliate: no commission
• Returning customer: commission only on new customers
• After the 90-day window: no commission

7. Strikes: 3 and you're out

Break a rule and we confirm it: that's a strike. We give strikes by hand, never automatically, and we email you the reason.

• The commission of the affected orders is gone, even if it was already credited.
• A strike counts for 12 months. After that it stays in your history, but no longer counts.
• 3 active strikes and you're out of the program.
• Serious fraud means you're out right away, no strikes needed.
• Your dashboard shows where you stand, for example "0 of 3 strikes".
