Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: 13 October 2026

The new commission rules in section 5 (new customers only, 90-day commission window) apply to orders placed from 8 October 2026. Orders placed before that date are handled under the rules that applied when they were placed.

The short version: Rules of the Game. These terms are the full legal version.

1. Who runs this program

The Rollz Affiliate Program is operated by CNA TRADE s.r.o., a company registered at 28. října 770/6, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic. We operate the Rollz online stores rollzeurope.com and rollzgermany.de. In these terms, "Rollz", "we", "us" and "our" mean CNA TRADE s.r.o., and "you" means the person or business joining our affiliate program.

2. What this program is

The Rollz Affiliate Program lets you earn commission by bringing new customers to the Rollz online stores. We run the program with these service providers, who receive the data they need for their task: Shopify (our online stores, orders, discount codes and gift cards), UpPromote (a third party affiliate platform that tracks your personal link and discount code and records the orders that come through them), Stripe (our payment partner for cash payouts), Resend (our email service for account emails such as login codes) and Klaviyo (our email service for program news and, if you agree, partner deals; see section 18).

3. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old to join the program. You may only promote Rollz to adults. Do not target, or knowingly promote to, anyone under 18.

5. Commission

You earn commission on new customers you bring to Rollz. A customer is new if the order tracked to you is their first order in that Rollz store. From that first order, you earn commission on every qualifying order the customer places in the next 90 days (your commission window; what counts is when the order is placed). After the commission window, the customer's orders earn no commission, for you or for any other affiliate.

You earn from 10% of the value of each qualifying order, depending on your level (see section 8). The order value is what the customer pays for the products after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and tips, and net of refunds (see sections 6 and 10). Commission is not paid out automatically. Instead, it is credited to your account as points (Rollz Credits). 1 point equals €1 of store value.

An order is tracked to you if it is placed with your discount code, or within 90 days after the customer clicked your link, as long as no other affiliate link replaced yours in the meantime. Customers who use your code or link get 10% off their order.

Returning customers, meaning customers who had already ordered in that Rollz store before, still get the discount with your code or link, but their orders earn you no commission. The same applies to your own orders and to orders from other affiliates: the discount applies, commission does not (see section 11). An order counts as an order from another affiliate if the buyer already had an affiliate account when the order was placed.

These commission rules apply to orders placed from 8 October 2026 (00:00, Berlin time). Orders placed before that date are handled under the rules that applied when they were placed. For customers who were assigned to you before that date, you earn commission on their qualifying orders for 90 days from that date. The level rates (section 8) and the recruiting bonus rate stay the same.

6. When an order qualifies

An order only qualifies for commission once it is both paid and delivered (or, for orders picked up at a collection point, picked up and paid). For cash on delivery orders, the customer pays on delivery, so these orders qualify once they have been delivered or picked up. After delivery, each order goes through a review period of 14 days; for cash on delivery orders, this period also starts on delivery. We credit points only once the order is paid and delivered and the review period has ended. If we have no delivery date for an order, the review period starts on the day we approve the order manually.

Commission is calculated on the order value net of refunds. A return counts as a refund of the returned products. If part of an order is refunded before its points are credited, the points for that order are reduced in proportion to the refunded amount. If an order is refunded in full or cancelled before its points are credited, it earns no points. Chargebacks and orders placed in breach of these terms are covered in section 10.

We check order status automatically. Your dashboard shows one of these statuses for each order, so you can see why an order has not yet earned points:

  • Pending: we have recorded the order, but have not yet confirmed that it is paid and delivered.
  • On hold: we have checked the order and it is still waiting for payment or for delivery; the dashboard shows which one.
  • In review: the order is paid and delivered (for cash on delivery: delivered or picked up), and the 14-day review period is running. The dashboard shows when it ends.
  • Approved: the order is paid and delivered (for cash on delivery: delivered or picked up), the review period has ended, and its points will be added to your balance automatically.
  • Credited: the points for the order have been added to your points balance.
  • Denied: the order does not earn points. It was cancelled, refunded in full or voided, was rejected under these terms, or earns no commission under section 5. For orders that earn no commission under section 5, the dashboard shows the reason: "Your own order: discount yes, commission no"; "Bought by another affiliate: no commission"; "Returning customer: commission only on new customers"; "After the 90-day window: no commission".

7. Points and redemption

Commission is added to your points balance automatically once the review period described in section 6 has ended, usually within an hour after that. Your balance is shown on your dashboard.

You can redeem points in two ways:

  • Store credit: exchange points for a Shopify gift card at a 1:1 rate (1 point = €1 of store credit). Minimum 10 points, maximum 1,000 points per redemption.
  • Cash: exchange points for cash at a rate from 50%, depending on your level (see the level table in section 8 and in the portal). At Starter level, 1 point = €0.50 cash. Minimum 100 points (from €50 payout), maximum 5,000 points (from €2,500 payout) per redemption.

8. Levels and recruiting

Affiliates level up based on the points they have earned in total: points from paid and delivered orders, minus reversals. Redeeming points does not lower your level. Higher levels earn more points per order, unlock limited drops in the portal and get a better point-to-cash rate. Your level is calculated automatically and shown in your dashboard. We may adjust level thresholds and benefits from time to time; a change never removes points you have already earned.

You can invite other affiliates with your personal recruit link. If someone joins the program through your recruit link, you earn 20% of the points that affiliate earns from their own qualifying orders (one level only, not from affiliates they recruit in turn). This downline bonus is added when their points are added and reversed when their points are reversed. Creating extra accounts, or recruiting yourself, to earn the downline bonus is a prohibited practice.

The current levels are:

  • Starter: from 0 points earned in total, 10% of the order value in points, cash rate 50% (1 point = €0.50 cash).
  • Pro: from 250 points earned in total, 12% of the order value in points, cash rate 55% (1 point = €0.55 cash), access to limited drops.
  • Elite: from 1,000 points earned in total, 15% of the order value in points, cash rate 60% (1 point = €0.60 cash), access to limited drops.

9. How cash payouts work

Cash payouts are made by bank transfer through our payment partner Stripe. After your first cash-out request you receive an email from Rollz (via Stripe) to set up your payout account.

You can request up to 5 redemptions per day. Points can only be redeemed while your balance is positive; a negative balance blocks new redemptions until enough new points bring it back to zero or above.

10. Refunds, cancellations and reversals

If part of an order is refunded after its points have been credited, we reverse the points for the refunded part, in proportion to the refunded amount. If an order is refunded in full or cancelled after its points have been credited, we reverse all points for that order. A return counts as a refund of the returned products. If a reversal makes your balance negative, you will not be able to redeem points until your balance recovers.

If an order is charged back, or if we find that an order was fraudulent, incentivised, or otherwise placed in breach of these terms, we may withhold or reverse all points for that order.

11. What's allowed and what's not

Almost any legal way of bringing new customers to Rollz is allowed. What is not allowed is anything that harms Rollz legally or as a brand, or that tricks the program.

What's allowed

For example:

  • Word of mouth, social media, and your own website or blog.
  • Posts in group chats you are a member of.
  • Handing out or laying out flyers, and posting on notice boards.
  • Street art and graffiti on surfaces where you have permission.
  • Coupon and deal sites where you register yourself.
  • Paid ads on any platform, including search ads on the term "Rollz". Your ads must not look like official Rollz ads (see below).
  • Merchandise with your own code.
  • Using your own code or link for your own orders. You get the discount, but these orders earn no commission (see section 5).
  • Ordering with another affiliate's code or link. The buyer gets the discount, but the order earns no commission (see section 5).

What's not allowed

Breaching any of these rules can lead to a strike, to the commission of the affected orders being voided, and to losing access to the program and your unredeemed points (see section 15):

  • Hiding a self-referral to get commission, for example by ordering under another email address, another name or a friend's address.
  • Hiding orders between affiliates to get commission.
  • Fake customers: paying, incentivising or otherwise rewarding someone to place an order, refunding them for it, or ordering through other people yourself, just to generate commission.
  • Putting up stickers, posters, flyers, graffiti or any other advertising on walls, lamp posts, signs, vehicles or any other property without the owner's permission ("fly-posting"). Without permission, this is damage to property.
  • Using any Rollz logo or brand material that we have not provided in the affiliate portal.
  • Pretending to be Rollz, or running accounts, pages, profiles or ads that look like official Rollz channels or official Rollz ads.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to promote your link or code.
  • Making misleading claims, including about health effects, medical benefits, or product effects that Rollz has not approved.
  • Advertising Rollz products at prices that differ from the prices shown in the live Rollz shop, or promising discounts that we have not published.
  • Promoting Rollz to anyone under 18, including at schools or places where young people meet.
  • Cookie stuffing, or any other technique designed to get orders attributed to you without a genuine referral.
  • Sharing lab reports, certificates of analysis or composition documents with customers.

12. Content rules

When you promote Rollz, follow the rules of every platform you use and all applicable law. Clearly disclose that you are an affiliate, for example with "#ad" or "#affiliate", wherever the platform or local law requires it.

Only use Rollz logos and brand materials that we have provided in the affiliate portal. Never share lab reports, certificates of analysis, or composition documents with customers, even if you have access to them.

13. Monthly contest, giveaways and the exclusive store

Every calendar month (Berlin time), we run a contest among affiliates. We set the prize for each month and announce it in advance. The contest ranks affiliates by the number of different new customers (see section 5) they brought to Rollz in that month.

Only orders that are paid and delivered and whose 14-day review period has ended count. Until then, the ranking is provisional. Your own orders, orders between affiliates, refunded or cancelled orders, and affiliates whose accounts are banned, excluded or not confirmed do not count. A month is final once all review periods for that month have ended and we have closed it.

Places 1 to 3 receive trophies (gold, silver and bronze) and enter the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame is public and shows the month, the place and the display name of each winner, but no email address and no sales figures.

During the month, a public leaderboard, for example on the Rollz online stores, shows the current ranking with your display name and your number of new customers. If you have not chosen a display name, we show "Partner #" followed by your affiliate ID instead. You can set or change your display name at any time in your dashboard.

Giveaways and access to an exclusive affiliate store may be offered in the future; details will be announced in the portal. The contest, giveaways and the store are optional extras, not part of your standard commission. We decide the criteria and rules for each one, and we can change or end them at any time.

There is no cash alternative for a contest, giveaway or reward prize. Additional rules may apply to a specific contest or giveaway; where they do, those rules take priority for it. If you win a prize, you are responsible for any taxes owed on it.

14. Custom merchandise with your code

Custom merchandise printed with your personal QR code may be offered in the future; details will be announced in the portal. If we offer it, each item is produced on demand for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns except for items that arrive defective. You are responsible for making sure the correct code is used when you order your merchandise.

15. Ending the program and strikes

Either you or Rollz can end your participation in the program at any time, by email, without giving a reason.

If your account is terminated for a confirmed breach of these terms, any unredeemed points are forfeited immediately. If your account ends for any other reason, you can still redeem already-approved points for 60 days after termination. After that, unredeemed points lapse.

Strikes

A strike is an official warning for a confirmed breach of these terms. We issue strikes manually, never automatically, and we tell you by email with the reason.

  • Each confirmed breach gives you one strike.
  • The commission of the orders affected by the breach is voided, even if the points have already been credited.
  • A strike counts for 12 months from the day it is issued. After that, it stays in your history but no longer counts.
  • If you have 3 strikes that still count, your account is removed from the program as a termination for a confirmed breach (see above).
  • In cases of serious fraud, we can remove you from the program immediately, without prior strikes.
  • Your dashboard shows how many strikes you have and, for each strike, the reason, the date and when it stops counting.
  • If we issued a strike by mistake, we withdraw it. If you think a strike is wrong, contact us (see section 21).

16. Your status

You take part in this program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, or agency between you and Rollz. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on income you earn through this program.

17. Data protection

We process your personal data in line with our privacy policy. To run the program, we share the data needed for each task with these recipients: Shopify (online stores, orders, discount codes and gift cards), UpPromote (tracking of your link, code and referred orders), Stripe (cash payouts, including the identity and bank details you enter with Stripe), Resend (sending account emails) and Klaviyo (sending program news and, with your consent, marketing emails; see section 18).

Read our privacy policy at https://rollzeurope.com/policies/privacy-policy and our legal notice at https://rollzeurope.com/policies/legal-notice.

18. Communications

As a partner, you receive program emails at the email address of your account. Program emails are account notices (for example login codes and security messages), changes to the program rules or to these terms, updates about your points, store credit and cash payouts, and program news (for example new levels, features, contests or maintenance). Program emails are part of your partnership with us and are not advertising. Program news contains no product offers or discount promotions.

We send program news and marketing emails through Klaviyo (Klaviyo, Inc., USA), which processes your email address and basic program data (your partner ID, preferred store and level) on our behalf as our email service provider. Klaviyo, Inc. (USA) is therefore a recipient of this data, and your data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Account emails such as login codes are sent through Resend.

Marketing emails, meaning emails with partner deals, offers or discounts, are separate. We only send them if you have given your separate consent, for example by ticking the box when you register or by clicking "Yes, send me deals" in your dashboard. Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition for taking part in the program.

Every email we send through Klaviyo must contain an unsubscribe link. If you use that link, you stop receiving all emails we send through Klaviyo, meaning both program news and marketing emails. You can withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time with that link or by emailing us, without affecting your partnership. Essential account emails that we need to run your account, such as login codes and security messages, are sent through Resend and continue after you unsubscribe.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled by the courts of Ostrava, Czech Republic.

These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails. If you are a consumer under EU law, nothing in these terms removes protections you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to take part in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Before a change that reduces your commission takes effect, we tell you about it by email.
